All your side dishes, soup and main dishes look so tasty. I think I'm going to adopt some of your recipes for hubby and myself. I particularly like the sound of the salted eggs so I am going to get them going tonight. I had gone off eggs for about two years but your salted eggs remind me of living in Malaysia in the 60's when my dad was in the army and we lived over there for two years. our amah (maid) would always have salted eggs for me to eat among other chinese delights lol.
