I always sail Celebrity. I like the pace. I definitely usually go to the customer service desk and bid $20 or so in case a class up is available from the inside cabin. I got an upgrade to the aqua class and a balcony stateroom last cruise for only $40 bucks. I just zoned out by the sound of the water as we cruised along and used the spa facilities. Slept so good!
What?.!! Would you please advise exactly how do you get the upgrade?
@msrjorge1805 After going to your room, don't unpack yet if your suitcases were dropped off. Go to you muster station and once done there, go to the front desk/customer service, and ask if they are taking bids for upgrades. It isn't always available (especially around super booked cruises), but I have definitely been able to do it quite a few times. If unavailable, you will be all set with your currently assigned room and cruise as usual. If available, they will tell you just after leaving port and will move your belongings for you to your new room.

What I love about the edge class. The elevator is bigger. The ship is very artistic. The food and services is head and shoulders above the other cruise line.

Fantastic! We just got off the Celebrity Beyond Transatlantic cruise. I've been on the Edge, Apex twice, and Beyond twice. We have 3 cruises planned on the Ascent. All beautiful ships. We love Celebrity and have upped our game from Carnival. Lol. However, NYE on Carnival is the best!!! Enjoy your 🛳

I lived my balcony room and I agree the bathroom is very nice loved the shower food and they gave me 450 onboard credit

Technically, the newest cruise ship is the Jubilee. It just got turned over to Carnival the other day. But..., I would love to sail on the Ascent. Our best cruise so far has been on Celebrity. The food is the best. I believe the premium pricing is worth it.
The ship looks fabulous 🎉however I’m in my 40’s and it the entertainment may seem a little dull🤔. I would check out your other videos to see it they live it up.

Just got off Celebrity Silhouette a week ago. I found it to be BORING too. I went with a group of folks so we had built-in fun. I usually travel solo, but I will never sail Celebrity by myself.

I live in the U.K. (Manchester) but I have family in Ireland, the holder of an Irish passport, 21 years living in the U.K. - I’d love to be able to join this ship at Liverpool and sail across the Irish Sea to Dublin for the 8 hour crossing - I normally go on SailRail via Holyhead where the ferry crossing is 3 hours to Dublin, but the journey from Manchester to Holyhead can be very stressful and tiring, especially if travelling by coach and also, there are no direct trains from Manchester to Holyhead

How would you know that the restaurant raw on five is absolutely fantastic place to eat if you just boarded? Is raw five on another cruise ship?
To answer your question, Raw on Five is on all the Celebrity Edge class ships. J cruised on the Beyond earlier this year and experienced it.

This isn't the most expensive cruise ship... There are brands above Celebrity: Ponant, Seabourne, that cost AT LEAST 4000$ USD per person for a week. And that's the bare minimum, some of these cost over 20000$ per person.
