How did you get film as it is an island with an airport !@?? I was told I couldn't film with my mavic 2 pro last year

Thank you for text .
My mini 3 Pro wouldn't take off either so I had to go through my dji app to apply for permission .
I requested permission on the basis of promotion video i requested a maximum height of 100 ft .
I then submitted request and waited about 1 hour
Dji gave permissions and I had to then load the flight restrictions they set into my drone.
I was only able to fly the short distance set by dji hence why I never film the rest of island
The app restricts distance to a set circumference.
