I love listening to all of Hannah's songs. They are very uplifting and encouraging. I've felt a lot of pain in my life. I lost a few good friends, I got fussed at a lot, I even had a hernia once but God's not done with me. I'm happy he still loves me As I Am. I didn't have to change myself because of his love. Heavenly Father, whoever feels ashamed and feels he/she needs to change. I pray for your love and grace on them. I pray that you let them know that they don't need to feel alone anymore and you love them As they are. Will you be with them? Dwell within them? Bless everyone who crosses paths with them? God of hope, Will you shine the light into their darkness by the power of your holy Spirit. In Jesus name, Amen. Love all of you. Be blessed.

I'm already excited about August 30th. The music I heard so far is very nice.
If God loves us and is saving us, then that love will be with us through the entire process of change, from the unclean carnal beginning, to the clean spiritual end.
If we have heard God's call to "Repent, and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit" (Acts 2:38) then we come into the kingdom of God and share in the things of Him. And we shall remain in His love - providing we keep His commands, as He said:
"If you keep my commands, you will remain in my love" (John 15:10)
"This is the love of God, that we keep His commandments" (1 John 5:3)
"And this is love: that we walk in obedience to his commands" (2 John 6)
"Whoever does not stay in the teaching of Christ does not have God." (2 John 9)
"Consider therefore the kindness and sternness of God: sternness to those who fell, but kindness to you, provided that you continue in his kindness. Otherwise, you too will be cut off." (Romans 11:22)
Christ is our sanctification and fruit is produced Jesus himself says by abiding in Christ. To abide as seen in Exodus 16:33 means to rest, to rest in Christ. As Jesus says apart from me, ye can do nothing. Having begun in the Spirit, are ye now made perfect by the flesh?
This song is accurate for justification but not sanctification. Believers are called to be transformed by the renewing of our minds and to be conformed into the image of Christ. We are now called to live holy lives. The Bible throughout the New Testament is clear that Christians now have a higher standard than the world, so we are not to stay as we are.
That's true, I think this song is speaking on when we think we messed up or we think of our failures and we give ourselves a hard time but God says I still love you child just seek Him
@@crystalcarty9908 Well, just by the lyrics alone, it can be interpreted by the lukewarm, once-saved-always-saved-because-I-said-a-prayer Christians as they can just continue to be who they are and they’re good.
It is God loving and the Holy Spirit living in us as, that saves and sanctifies us through the blood of Jesus. God is faithful.
Jesus is the only one who has reached Gods standard. The only one who will. God’s grace mercy and love, endures forever. Praise the Lord

@@GloGold-z3m That’s true but part of the equation. We still have responsibility. Read all of the epistles where Christians get corrected and admonished and are demanded to change and hold to a higher standard. There is a such thing as a lukewarm Christian, and we can quench the Spirit. The Bible is clear on that. Justification is all God. Sanctification is God and us. If it’s all God, then every Christian would be at the same point of maturity. We know that’s just not reality.
@@kenb2703 that is correct! This song is about the love of God! It’s taken me a long time to realize that His love is not dependent on my goodness or perfection, and this song is a celebration of the fact that HE is good and we are loved no matter what. There are many great songs about sanctification out there; I wrote this song to focus on God’s love. I’ve heard it said like this: “God loves us where we are, AND He loves us too much to let us stay there.” This song is step one for a child of God: realize we are LOVED. Then it’s a journey of growth and sanctification. Hope you hear my heart on that! Thanks for listening!
