Can you maybe do the same for shoulder? I know that if you have shoulder pain, it's got something to do with your technique, and you shouldn't hit with your shoulder, but I don't know how to really prevent it. Anyway, great video!

Great coaching video! Thank you so much coach Ti Long! I think if someone using too much power from their active hand (lack of power from the bottom), the probability of elbow & shoulder injuries will be more.
But now I am suffering from lower left rib cage pain, because I always use legs-hip-shoulder power turn to power spin loop the ball (I’m right handler). What did I do wrong? 🙏🏼

Rare and excellent topic. What is the safe distance between table , at my senior club the space is limited , from time to time , 2 players bump each other and fall on the floor , hopefully with minor injury
