Just take a few petals of this flower, let it soak in warm water for a night or until the water turn into blue color or darker . @brumslybrumbino9516 hey there! Butterfly pea is a type of pea plant that produces really beautiful purple and blue flowers. They're often dried and used as tea! It has health benefits like for weight loss and as an anti-inflammatory. It's really yummy and can also be used to color certain dishes blue / purple like rice. It's very common in East Asian countries. It tastes very similar to Chamomile, with a little bit of Lavender notes! And you're definitely not stupid, I just used to work at a Tea store ❤️
I have this plant in my yard, at my place in indonesia this flower is called telang flower, there are many benefits contained in this flower, not only for coloring or drinks. Once dry, you can brew it with warm water, add orange juice, lemongrass, honey and ice cubes, it will be very refreshing🤤

I love the natural food dye colors. Fun fact: I had figured out the change in color when the lemon juice was added happened because the liquid is an edible pH indicator basically and changed because of the acid in the lemon.
I love this. No artificial colors or flavors. I imagine the jelly would be boosted with a bit of fruit juice or something, but the drink is definitely unique.
I learned how to make jello shots from you when I was 21, over 11 years ago now! I would always make them in a 2 or 6 C Pyrex dish (depending on the party size) and then pour them into molds the night before. For this one, I'm going to try using star molds and fill the spaces of the glass with Viniq. ❤
