Ryan has a wayyy better chance of beating devin than he had against tank. First of all he already beat devin 3 times in the amateurs. Now i know it's different in the pros but it won't be nothing new to Ryan. Also the fight won't happen at 136 with Rehydration clause. Ryan will be strong and healthy. That being said...
