    Btw, as far as I understand, because of internal cooldowns (which is 0.2 seconds, nothing SHOULD activate faster than that, the actual fastest is of course once evey frame but the devs don't want that) the snail, for example, doesn't have to be exactly 3.0 cd to proc every charge, 3.2 is enough, because the internal cooldown holds it back for 0.2 seconds anyway, and if it is hasted, it can even be 3.4, because haste makes the item coold down twice as fast and it will, in theory, still proc every single charge proc. Of course for snail to work like that you would need to slow something every 0.2 seconds which is not too easy

      To be a little more precise, internal cd is 0.25, but because the displayed cooldown of an item is rounded down it's good to be safe. But yeah, getting the snail to 3.0 wasn't what mattered, because the bottleneck was the bombsquad and core which each needed 2 triggers.
      Also notably decreasing the cooldown further is still worth it to play around slow, but otherwise yeah you're 100% right. Figured all of this out when Puffer was still in because getting it to 3.2 seconds (or 3.4 with astrolabe) was the breakpoint to trigger twice as fast as all the other puffer builds that didn't understand it.

      Getting a slow every .2 isn't that hard at that point, you just need Tighty Righty and to put the snail in rightmost spot

      @sunbleachedangel I would think a 3.2 snail would wait the .2s, and then also wait the .2cd.
      So a 3.0 snail would be literally twice as fast as a 3.2 snail with enough procs

      @___i3ambi126 the extra 0.2 seconds of its cooldown coincides with the 0.2 seconds of internal cooldown it will have to wait regardless of if it's 3.0 or 3.2

    Based purely off the visuals for the triggers, I can't believe he thinks the snail was doing more than the lizard. It appeared to be triggering at least twice as often, maybe more. Not even close.
    Also, that loss to matchbox, damn. When super comes up against ultra.

      Yeah. I calculated it the next combat, and Snail did 9 activations compared to Lizard's 30-something.

    That weatherglass in combination with the matchbox and the charge skill is pretty much unbeatable. it triggers on internal cd solely by having that 12g skill and matchbox even gives it +1 multicast.

    Percentage based changes in cd don't affect each other. So if your feather reduces 3% cd and bulldozer reduces 20% cd. It doesn't matter whether you have buildozer up while using the feather. The end cd will be the same.
    Adding/subtracting static amounts like a full second though do matter. As you know.

    Not sure I understand the cooldown reduction correctly. I understand with brace it's more seconds being taken off the item, but removing Bill Dozer temporarily doesn't do anything different right?
    10s*0.8*0.88 (0.8 = 20% bill dozer, 0.88 = 12% feather) which is the same as 10s*0.88*0.8, so removing the Bill Dozer just removes Bill getting cd reduction no? Only static changes (Like +1s from brace) make a difference to the final cooldown.

      Your math is correct if Dozer stays on the field, but if you eventually decide to switch it to something else, you now have an item with 20% less of a CD reduction than what you could have got

      you would think he of all people would understand how internal cooldowns work, snail at max speed is always procs at half the speed of lizard because lizard procs every tick and snail procs every two ticks, unless you reduce its cooldown to 3 seconds or less, which you will most likely not
      Even just by looking at the screen you can see the Lizard trigegrs at least 5-6 times more times than the Snail

      Snail's cooldown trigger pushes companion core. Lizard's trigger doesnt.

    Some really bad moves early on, lots of incorrect placements cost you early match ups. Got there in teh end, though.

    I've been watching someone who is at the very top of the ladder and it kinda ruined Kripp videos for me. I like Kripp, he is a very competent gamer, he goes for creative builds and he understands the games he plays very well, but in Bazaar he still makes plays that are objectively pretty bad. Some of it is play style, but I think some of his notions about the game are very questionable

      ​@@brandon0981@brandon0981 I've only watched the beginning of this video, but there's a bunch of tiny optimization choices that end up piling up. As terrible as Gearnola is, it was better than Walter Cooler, it would have won him the first fight. One big and consistent thing is, Kripp loves early income. Sounds like a very good idea, turns out it is a trap. Sometimes you can even go -1 income +7 gold on day one and it is the better play. If you think about it you only go down in gold for it after day 8, you are out of the early game and at that point there's a good chance being a little bit shorter on gold doesn't really hurt you.
      One important question is, how do you define "more winning"? Are all 10 wins runs equally winning? Is 10-0 better than 10-1? Can 10-2 be better than 10-1 if you end with more prestige?
      It might be a matter of preference, but if you go with MMR the game only cares about wins and losses, so all 10-0 are the same and all 10-1 are the same, and the higher you go in MMR the more losses are punishing, when you are at the top 10-2 might even lose you points, and 10-3 is extremely costly.
      If you don't consider the MMR you might think that it is ok to be weaker at the start and save gold in order to be stronger later and have a higher chance to get 10 wins. I was surprised by this, but it turns out that if you optimize every choice and you try to be strong at the end of each day, so that you don't get losses, you also end up being stronger later and you don't pay a price for it, you almost always get 10 wins.
      I am not saying that I am that good at the game, not even close, but as I said I watched other streams and it is very instructive
