TB has the slowest movement speed at 645 tied with Kira and murdock. The highest is Grim at 660, rev and sparrow at 655, drongo, grim, and wraith at 650. In laymen terms, TB is 2.4% slower than every other ADC
Also in regards to units, every unreal game uses units as a measurement metric, and its usually 100 units = 1 meter, but it depends on the size of the character relative to the way the maps are designed, so some games might have slightly longer range for 100:1, so maybe 100:1.5 meters, etc. It just depends.

Yin is trash. Wukong or Boris are better even zinx. How can you say that Yin is a highly requested hero when he wasn't even used in Paragon except for the first week of the hero's release. Predecessor you need to fix this or it will be another failed project.
