If you are planning Hampta Pass without Chandratal then it is good time to go, with Chandratal you should plan after 10th June

Yes, post mid July it rains heavily. There is one stream which overflows during heavy rainfall, otherwise in normal rainfall this trek runs well.

Usme jacket or rakshak bag to take home likha hota hai. Iska kya Matlab hai. ?
And
Trip ka Jo cost post mein mein mention kya usme sab kuch provide Kiya Tha like trekking equipment or food or stay ????

Jacket and rucksack is add on from base package price. Personal trekking equipments are not covered in the package like shoes, poncho, stick, pole, gloves, cap etc.
