I think it's an error because I saw there are more or less 130 skyscrapers (150m +) in the Philippines in 2023. I saw this number on different websites and rankings. It's true that I saw on wikipedia 215 skyscrapers in Metro Manila but it's an error because if you see the ranking below (on the same page) you'll see that the list stop at 126 for buildings over 150 meters and it's around 140 if we count buildings that are 150 meters tall too. And for most of these building around 150 meters it's also difficult to found the exact height...
In Sao Paulo there are a lot of high-rise buildings, around 800 buildings taller than 100m/328ft, making the 7th city in the world in this category. But there are "only" 19 buildings considered as skyscrapers (taller than 150m/492ft), making the 71th city in the world in this second category.
