Here's the video that is on display with the traveling exhibition - KIGUMI: Revealing the Carpentry Behind the Wood Joint hosted by The Takenaka Carpentry Tools Museum (竹中大工道具館) in Kobe, Japan. The video shows a step-by-step process for the making of a classic traditional Guitarde, while respecting all the rules in the art of assembly (traditional joinery). The Guitarde was designed and created by Jérémie Abbate, from Abbate Charpentier Traditionnel, and the concave conical roof by Luc Adam, students of the Professional School of Practical Stereotomy.
