War wieder ein toller Adventskalender, danke für die Einblicke! Vergeht leider immer so schnell. Ich glaube ich warte mittlerweile schon 10 Jahre auf die mod. Jedes Jahr freue ich mich auf den Kalender. Und ich werde weiter warten, in der Hoffnung diese mod je spielen zu können und nicht von einem Atomkrieg hinweggerafft zu werden. 😅✌🏻
@@Gothic3CSP habe nochmal geschaut, scheint so als verfolge ich es seit 2011. Meine Güte da war ich 13 und nächstes Jahr werde ich 25. Das ist fast mein ganzes Leben nochmal 😂. Kann es nicht erwarten G3 zu spielen wie es hätte sein sollen und werde euch selbst verständlich treu bleiben. Frohe Weihnachten 🎄
Don't know how so many people seem to forget that this is a fan/hobby project and they don't get paid for doing it so they can take how much time they want and work on what they feel like working on, even if it is not the most effective/necessary. If you don't like the results, show that you can do it better/help or don't complain.
You can stop to wonder, it's not that many people, but always the same ones each year. They simple do not understand for example why it makes no sense to release parts of the CSP. But they come back each time around Christmas and start to complain.
Kann mir beim besten Willen nicht vorstellen, dass sie die Tempel von Varant so lassen wie im Original. Bi mir sicher, wenn man sich ihre Arbeit so anguckt, dass auch die Tempel ziemlich weit oben auf der to do Liste stehen

It’s clear that they’re doing it for themselves and not for the fandom , they already have the mod and can play it whenever they want, so basically we can go fuck ourselves according to them. They are not payed so they can insult us whenever they want too, or at least this is their weird thought… They think that people commenting against them is “people’s excitement” for their shit… yeah we are on this level… It is best to not comment anymore because they only get views and they believe that we are interested for their shit.

The border fortress doesn't need catacombs bigger than itself. How much time was spent for making those I wonder? The time that could be spent for more important issues. Such constructions should be added after the release. And if it's dungeons for each location planned to be made before the release than the release time has obviously come already. The community is not big, do it before it dies out.
I could see a prison maybe for each castle, and like noble bed chambers for the inhabitants of the citadel of the castle itself. But FUCKING CATACOMBS! How many hours of development for such useless empty stuff! I just cannot believe the people praising for this shit. Why not focusing attention on adding a couple or more ports all around the Continent, like in Nordmar or Varant to make the world more believable, what about harbours at Bakaresh, near Mora Sul and south from Ishtar, and one in Nordmar too Well no, we get FUCKING EMPTY CATACOMBS! At this point they should just release it and then update it continuously like a mod of Skyrim, otherwise this will never release it’s obvious
Yes, yes, the Gothic community is truely dying out. This is why there are so many mods noadays, which even made Top 1 download position on Steam. THQ makes that Gothic I remake shurely because they know how the community dies. Just to waste time and investment. Oh and think of all that content on YT, there are Gothic content channels with hundredthousand clicks. Almost like your Gaming Reports with about 10 clicks each clip. But heeeey damn, they must release an unfinished, unplayable mod, because you worry about a dying community. Great plan.

Respect, guys. Gothic 3 was always missing decent dungeons (typical for its predecessors). I was looking forward to the showcase and background story of the Catacombs after I read the short story (about Trelis) from last year's Advent Calendar.
It’s like more than 10 years that this project doesn’t release. It is clear that you have development problems, the stuff you showed this year are very small things almost irrelevant in the context of a big videogame. It’s like you have in your mind that you MUST make the “perfect” Gothic 3 however perfection doesn’t exist and I doubt that you’re never gonna reach a level of sufficient satisfaction with your own project and release it to the public. Even if the game is like you say “incomplete” a sort of BETA version would be much better than having nothing at all. Let people try it and developing it and updating it along side you. Release it and then Update it like a normal videogame mod.
Judging by lots of comments saying smth like "let this project lasts forever, I will wait for it anyway" the goal of this project is not the release. It's obvious that most of praising comments are written by those who asked to do so. And it's obvious that they don't accept critics. It's a shame because they have a good resource base which is not directed correctly. So this "story project" is far from being a "community" one.

Yeah they already took decades to develop a castle dungeon… they’ll take 80 years to complete the Temples of Varant or maybe just one of them…
