Can you open/access the fastpass in the app when you are not in tokyo Disneyland or Disneysea? I've downloaded the app but when I click on the fastpass icon in the app (at home), I get a message "
Please use Fastpass at Tokyo Disney Resort" and I cant scan any ticket. Really your thoughts on this - Thanks!!

Just write your name in google translate from english to japanese. And you'll get your name in katakana.
To get a hiragana name, just use the microphone voice in google translate
