They know how to use mechs and how to reload a lot of different weapons. Its impossible they learned that in the tutorial.

If you're wondering why sometimes it takes longer to load into a game than others, it's because your helldiver is slow at reading.
Most divers don't even survive the 5 minute training course, let alone 5 minutes on the battlefield.

When I joined the HellJumpers, we didn't have any fancy-shmancy Stratagems. We had sticks! Two sticks, and a rock for the whole platoon - and we had to share the rock! - A Legend

The fact ODSTs are regular humans with no genetic modifications is crazy when you think about it. Playing through Halo: ODST, those dudes are tough as nails.
Another fun fact is the covenant fear the ODST just as much as they do Spartans

The ODSTs have some minor bodily augmentations they’re aren’t just regular humans. They just don’t have any where near as much as Spartans do obviously but they definitely have been augmented to be above a regular human.
Well there are alot more ODSTs, it's the military program I would fund. I think ODSTs are a more efficient use of money than spartains.
Helldivers are essentially the average American citizen who was drafted into the military and got 3 days of training and an unlimited supply of freedom on the battlefield 😂😂
Nah not even 3 days, they were just given a gun shown how to shoot and deploy mines and throw grenades (4 hours tops)

The helldivers do get trained in lore for 5 minutes.

As much as I love Helldivers....if they made an ODST version that was of the same quality, I would switch immediately.
If memory serves, they actually were gonna do that, but they decided to just drop it.

Honestly the odsts were doing work, it's just we mostly only see what master Chief does since he's the one we play.
Thats like saying imperial guard are weak because most the black library books are about space marines despite the fact that like 95% of galactic conflicts are fought without a single loyalist space marine being involved.

No they wouldn't. People need to stop underselling the Autos. Plus a lot of the Helldivers "power" is because they make very liberal use of orbital bombardment.
@@Servellion yeah and so do the unsc, while using the halcyon and Paris class ships to provide in-atmosphere atg (air to ground) support and to not even count the pelican/condor/ vulture gunships. As well as entire armor divisions. An please the autos are lightweights compared to the covenant or the promethians. Sorry bro the but the unsc just out gears the divers by a substantial margin.
If we give them the same glory of air support the helldivers have? Hell yeah they probably would. But if we are talking no air support, it would take at least a week. Throw in spartans as well if you want it done in half a week. Throw in air support if you want it done in a day.
@@theguy7276 lol nah I know. I exaggerated a bit by saying lunchtime I’d say at least a few days to a week if serious. They’d probably map out the autos patrol routes, their overall movement patterns, how they commit their forces between offense and defense and how quick they are to react to an attack. Not to mention taking note of the autos and how they use any form of artillery/heavy vehicles and their potential air power. Then go about sabotaging their local production capabilities and what ever they use for storage for ammo/vehicles. Only calling in the air support if they need it and yeah if necessary calling for heavy armor/spartan reinforcement

Honestly there was a match i was in were one dude literally would not stop dropping mines. Ever couple feet, MINES. Drop off a hill, MINES. Go the evac zone, FUCKEN MINES! SO MUCH FRIENDLY FIRE.

It took a couple hours after a major order was issued to take the entirety of the creek. They’re fine.

ODSTS are highly trained soldiers then you got the helldivers which aren’t possibly trained as well and used in numbers to “liberate” planets
Well yes they are but don't underestimate Helldivers they are being trained on +30 weapons and can command a battle cruiser in orbit. They are very athletic since they can run for quite a while and they are ideology very motivated. They are trained on vehicles just as ODSTs are.
To put it into perspective, in a real military you need some time to master weapons to make them work fine. Helldivers did master all weapons as you can tell they dont struggle with recoil or forget how to reload certain weapons(overall handling)
Helldivers are an effective and well trained force as well even you sometimes wonder when someone teamkills you like a tard. But that applies to ODST Firefight as well. :D
So yeah that series tries to make the helldiver look like a little bitch and the odst the cool guy, kinda biased in that regard.

Na, cuz a ODST squad woudlve taken the creek within minutes. Master Chief himself took on hordes of Flood without dying once, so having a backup up Diver isnt really an issue here. Plus, a full squad would be a child's playground for them.
