i understood everything, very good explanation thank you:D but i have a question... to find the scale factor, how do you know which one to put first into the formula? ( 12:59 ) cuz i wrote (-4 -4) first and got the ans -2/4 (simplify as -1/2)

So the enlargement, scale factor -1 would be in the last question

Isnt the scale factor minus 1.5 at 12:41 on the left

I don't think so. As you can see, he multiplies the coordinates of one of the points of the object from the center to the scale factor which is equal to the the coordinates of one of the points of the image from the center. In the transformation at the left, the coordinates of one of the points of the object from the center is (-3, -3) and the coordinates of one of the points of the image from the center is (2,2), so therefore i believe it is supposed to be -2/3

How much marks would this be in an exam?
