Meat,Halal magie noodles,pickled vegetables (paperony,cucumber,olives etc becauseit contain weit wein weniger)you should buy from Turkish Market. Milk,Milk products, fruits, vegetables bread,jam,eggs, cheese, sugar,Aata you can buy from normal markets like Aldi,lidle. In Germany there are flourmils(Chakki). You can buy easily Braun Aata from there. In German it's called Muhle. There are also a lot of Indian and Pakistani Grosseie Shops.
From Turkish Market buy only Meat,Chicken and Halal Noodles and never buy fruits and vegetables because it's very expensive. Turkish Restaurants have always Halal food.

1) In order to work at most places in Germany you'll need to be fluent in German: B2 to C2 level.
2) IELTS or TOEFL is required for admission in most (not all) English taught programmes in German universities.

IELTS is requirement for Education.
It's not mandatory for working. One just have to show work permit of the company one is working for.
Though German language with B1/B2 is good. It also depends whether one's company requires one to know german well or not.
