i think most of those are from sporbust(no longer downloadable since he closed both websites holding the download links) but in ts2009 a guy going by the name of n8phu if repairing some(currently he has a UP ES44DC, most of sporbust's SD40s, some B39/B40 units, and some SD70ace's(in UP, UP-lightning stripe, and UP heritage)
