I love black ops 1. the tension the story built in the second half is incredible. Hudson’s interrogation conversations with mason sounded genuinely stressful and built the consequences.
Fr. I also love how non linear the story is,and how we learn information when mason does.

Cold War's campaign was pretty good. I personally liked the espionage portions as well as the Soviet ending

BO3 was a bold move, it wasn’t the Hollywood bullshit that AW was. It pushed themes about consciousness and AI, and took it further than you would expect a military game to do. In 2015 it seemed like a far fetched synopsis, but now it’s becoming increasingly relevant.

Ah, I loved 2. It was more than back-to-back action, sometimes I really felt like I was actually there for a purpose other than killing things. And the soundtrack is my favorite of all CODs.

I know it's not on here, but I personally love the MW2 campaign. The 2022 CoD. It had everything I wanted, a great stealth mission, a great sniper mission, a gun ship mission, and plenty of action. Even a very small part in my home country, amsterdam!
In my opinion, from a pure gameplay point of view, bo3 was really fun for me. Loved just going in random missions and just fucking around with the futuristic tech.
World at War: it was perfect, down to the last minute details

Agree to disagree. Black ops 3s multiplayer was for fat kids with there parents credit cards. All fan favorite things costed money including all the og maps and weapons. If you didn’t plan on spending money or all day grinding your black market points then it just wasn’t worth it

BO3 had the material to allow the campaign to rival BO3 in terms of gameplay and story-telling, but Treyarch fumbled hard. It's still fun, but with the amount of glitches, messy story-line, and overall tediousness (on realism), it's entirely sad to see.

A development 4 years but it's been able to be played 2 so it's pretty much been done 2 plus years and still being played test It's gonna be similar to the last Call of Duty with the open world. I heard it's gonna be marginally different. Probably there's gonna be like interaction. Portion side missions probably choices. I'm gonna guess it's probably me. Maybe some cut scenes, but they said it's gonna play almost like NW3, but I hope, since it's been a development for 4 years and it's not a glorified D. LC that actually has like a lot of interaction in story. Unlike 3, which was basically a 1 year DLC.
I agree on most of these except BO3. BO3 campaign, while not the best, was a surprising gem, i just wish it lasted longer.
i like bo3's campaign because when i play it i never once think "how is this connected to the last 2 games" and i just see it as its own thing

cold war deserves more love. for being made on a rushed schedule and at home due to covid it ended up being really good. and it had side missions, dialogue options, character customization and evidence which were all really cool. also the kgb headquarters mission and the mission where you in "bells" memories are both incredible

Bo3 campaign was beautiful man, it told a story on the terrors of advanced technology to the point where you cannot understand where life or death is anymore due to the whole thing being a simulation. But when you think you escaped it, the advanced ai was still a step ahead. 10/10 story

@@onesaucynougat7471 No offense taken. My first zombies map was actually one of the ones from BO1, and I was like 6. When BO2 came out , especially Die Rise, all I did was try to survive. Over time I got better and didn't get scared anymore. But Die Rise can kiss my ass.

I'ma be honest, the fun part of any campaign for me at least is replay value, and imo Cold War lacks that. The story is great and all but when it comes to replay value there is not a lot, besides picking the opposite choice and getting the other ending there's nothing else to do and it doesn't help with the fact that the Campaign was shorter than most cod campaigns. Keep in mind this is my opinion
