@@PorkBellyBoy maybe you have a faulty power trip in your installation. I live in a 10 story building where each floor has their own breaker on the hallway and personal one inside the home. We get very constant voltages and rarely any anomalies. Mine runs on 220-240V at 50hz AC, maybe that's makes a difference? For as long as I've played around with PC's and PSUs I have never had a fault with the little pops discharging from the wall into the psu. Personal experience. Of course maybe it differs to some people based on their electricity quality
For everyone out there with the same problem listen here, this is not dust well at least not completely, this is an old/very used pc fan that's soon going to retire the sound it does when it's starting is bc the fan is still cold, once the fan gets warm, it stops it's a problem that gradually gets worse but it won't explode or even brake anytime soon but it will eventually have to be retired
Exactly what I discovered almost a year ago, the rear exhaust fan on my PC started making a grinding noise and seemed to be struggling to spin. It was an SP120 RGB Elite so not a cheap one to replace 😅.

This noise won't break anything. The only moving parts are the fans. Don't turn the pc off, let it run and stop every fan one at a time with your hand to figure out which one is making noise.

I'm 40 years old and have been building PCs for many years. Check your GPU fans. The amount of loose dust and debris inside the case indicates a clog (as does the sound). You need to clean all of the fans, I promise that will fix it.

@@syedbilalali6054 If your SSD is connected via SATA plug, unplug it and plug it back in, make sure its connected securely. As for the CPU, it sounds like the fan is trying to ramp up to 100%, but something is physically preventing it from spinning as fast as it is trying to go. I would remove the whole CPU fan and clean it. Now would be a good time to reapply thermal paste to your CPU.
I have that same PC and mine broke like 8 months ago. I got it fixed like 2 weeks ago and I would get a bsod like every day. On Wednesday this week, it happened again but this time it had me do an automatic repair and that didn't even work. The guy who fixed it gave me an extra SSD, new GPU, and a new fan cooler. I assume it is the new color because I saw a video that was like: "you never want to hear this on your PC" and the noise I heard from that guy sounds like what's happening to you. Before I got any bsod, it would sound just like yours, only quieter. So my assumption is that mine and probably yours just have faulty fans producing an unnecessary amount of voltage.
That's the sound of a fan going bad. Also you can see the dirt coming out from the botom of the graphics card. That computer needs to be taken in to be propperly cleaned and likely have a few filters put in over each of the areas where air comes into the computer.
Sounds better than mine, It’s probably the bearings going out on it; I had the same problem (Occasionally do) and I just tap the case behind the fan and it goes back to normal. I have water-cooling and my 4 out of the 6 fans, 2 for the water-cooler and 4 for the case I don’t know about the GPU but one for the watercooler and 3 for the case. Should be a cheap fix maybe free
For everyone who has this problem, the bearing of the fan is the problem, you can buy a new one for 10$ and it'll last you years. (Fun fact, this happened to me while I was playing outlast and I've got a JUMPSCARE, I thought the sound was from the game but it was from the fan)
Thats nothing to worry about. This is the noise i hear nearly every day in my work place, usualy just a dodgy fan bearing or a fan catching on a wire. If this is a legit video, id suggest unscrewing your gpu, taking it apart, give it a clean and make sure no wires are in a place where either of the gpu fans can catch them. If its a dodgy bearing, stop the fan from spinning and the noise will stop. Then either disconnect it and run it with one gpu fan working, or if you can afford to do so, jus t replace the gpu.
Could also be a loose rivet my case does this and it'll sound like that till way after I log in but if I twist the case a little or tap next to the fan it stops. Fractal Design Meshify C if anyone's wondering and no I don't recommend it, it would be fine for a budget build but it's priced way too high for that, paid £90 for it but my NZXT S340 was £60 and a mile better build quality and design.
My laptop fan sometimes does this too when it's very cold. Judging by you uploading the video on the 15th of february i reckon you have nothing to worry about
@@soulmakeryt3 it normally happens when the fan bearing is cold and not in position, so it most usually happens during winter. I don't think it's a cause for concern and you have nothing to worry about. Mine's been doing this for a few years now, absolutely nothing has changed. A few times it even started making a loud grinding sound (which scared me a little) and i left it like that for a few seconds and it stopped (positioned itself) and went back to normal
This is also happend to me, try to remove your fan clean you fan and heatsink and also check the bearing put some oil but not to much, this solution works for me and so far I didn’t experience this anymore and my cpu temp is consistent low when idling
People when your pc makes this sound dont be scared its Not gonna blow up if something is really wrong with your pc it will shut down it has safety protocols
I had one Cooler Master and one Enermax PSU making the same or even louder noises, either you replace the fan or what is cheaper you open it up and clean and oil it.
Its the fan from the Power Supply remove it and there should be a tape on it lift up the tape and ull see the small cap open it and put a bit of motor oil spin it couple of times and assemble back in
Hey, you may have resolved the issue by now, but I had the exact same problem. It is most likely a cord getting in the way of the fan, or it could be the fan is touching the side panel.
Its not your CPU. Its either your GPU or power supply. Its coil whine and its normal, especially at very high framerates (i.e. vsync off, game running in excess of monitor's refresh)
Guys when i start my pc up aftet shuyting it down for like 4 mins then it makes a loud noise until i hit the pc case where the psu is a little bit then the boise stops until i power it off again any help?

Trust me, the worst that can happen is a pop which is harmless, just a large quantity of electrons jumping from the plug to the pins of the psu.

I had the same thing happen it's one of 2 things
1: your psu/cable was left out in cold and it needs time to warm up
2: u used the wrong cable

That happens to me too, what you need to do is check the fans that happens when the fans get bumped around. So if you push the fan is it should helpp

You need a fan replacement
Fan on the cup. Make sure the clips are clipped properly. I also just redid my thermal paste on mine and it no longer makes that noise

Power supplies and GPUs are the only parts that use unreliable fans. Most likely the PSU fan because the ones in graphics cards are tunable

That's a power supply noise. The muppet could've added a description telling people it's not a cooling fan when realized it's actually PSU
