Mutton Malai Handi is a delightful and flavorful dish that's popular in North India and Pakistan. It's traditionally cooked in a special clay pot called a Handi, but you can also prepare it in a regular pan. Here's how you can make it:
Mutton Malai handi Ingredients & Process:
Oil: 1/3 cup
Cardamom: 2-3, Cinnamon: 1,Black pepper:
6-7,Cloves: 5-6, Bay leaf: 1
Onion: 2 medium size
Mutton: 500 gram
Ginger and garlic paste : 1 tbsp
Salt: 1 tsp
Water: 2 cup
Now cover it and cook it in pressure cooker for 12 to 15 minutes
Nestle MilkPak Yogurt: 1 cup
Cashew nuts paste: 13 nuts
Green chili paste : 1 tbsp
Yogurt mixture
White chili: 1 tsp
Coriander powder: 1 tsp
Cumin powder: 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder: 1/2 tsp
Fenugreek: 1 tbsp
