This is the one single track on this album that I can listen to and say “Daft Punk would make this”. It is a nearly flawless masterpiece with blemishes that I have to think about in order to remember they exist. A seamless transition between three songs, interwoven with originally-composed segments that allow for a flow that feels very natural. I’m literally addicted to the HAA segment. Is that to say the rest of the album is bad? No, not even remotely. At worst, it’s a beat I don’t vibe with, and that’s one of those really subjective things I can’t actually make a criticism out of (that I haven’t made prior on my comment under the live mix). But this one in particular stands out to me for possessing so many good traits of an actual Alive show, save for those few moments when DP would quiet down the audio for an “audience interaction” moment (which is obviously not a required detail here).
Now that I can also experience it without the crowd noise, I must say that 7:39 is one of the coolest things I've heard from anything Daft Punk-related
