he's pretty accurate on the coffee part. It's addictive, like energy drinks. It melts your andrenal glands. 2 coffee per day has health benefits, but you crash your energy levels in the afternoon.
"This thing is bad for you if you have too much of it" this and other sentences that apply to literally anything lmao
The thing is, "too much coffee" is usually less than "normal coffee consumption". Even water is bad in excess, but excessive water intake isn't as common, so its less relevant. The point is not that you can have too much coffe, but that having too much coffee is much easier than people realize.
A "funny" fact though is that excessive water consumption IS an issue in a specific case, marathons. People drink way too much water in them, and emergencies due to excessive hydration are overwhelmingly more common than ones due to dehydration in these events.

Don't know if you will ever read this but here it goes anyway. I just wanted to thank you for your content. I personally don't enjoy streams but I have been watching your TH-cam videos for years. Stopped playing League some time ago because it didn't get the same feelings as I was learning the game, playing with friends, getting excited for the competitive... I can't tell how much fun I've had watching you play with your videos, waiting daily for your content.
Sadly, I am starting to feel the same loss of joy for the videos that I experienced from playing League itself. That is the reason why I have decided to stop watching them, I want to have positive memories from your videos rather than a repetitive routine. This will be the last video I watch.

Coffee and energy drinks are totally the same (in the EU).
The only important thing is to be careful with the sugar and caffeine intake. Caffeine can improve focus if you don't drink coffee every day, so your body can't get used to it.
I personally drink coffee, or sometimes just take the caffeine pills. It especially workes well with green tea.

About coffee, i drink black coffee more than 10 years, every single day when i wake up. But i can't drink more than 2 coffee's a day and that even happen in rare occasions. I tried more than 2 a day and i felt bloated. Never had problem with black coffee, it never made me drink more. One per day only. You need to try it yourself and see how your body will react to it. Maybe some other types of coffee are more addictive like espresso or cappuccino
