Just a little tip on Raking....When I am vigorously raking, I will bounce the tension wrench! With each rake I will "Feather the tension wrench". Sometimes as you Rake and allow the tension to increase/decrease with every push and pull on the pick. Just my own little technique!
Thanks Pete, awesome technique! I noticed that too. But it's sometimes hard for me to restrain myself while raking in hand, but I usually do this if raking in a vice
Just wanted to mention that I've gone through 3 Triple Peak, or Bogata style rakes from Sparrows. I believe they are a good tool, just not made to withstand any real abuse!! Great Video....I turned on broken rake into a Knife Bypass tool!
Can't imagine being so long in locksport to get to your numbers Pete! Well I plan to do something with this one but unfortunately, it's a bit short for a knife tool but I have some ideas though. But I don't think they are bad tools, certainly not for the price.
It's some generic one I bought at Lidl i think. Does its job of holding a lock in place. But you don't need a vise if you don't have one. SeeStuDo has multiple videos where he picked locks holding them with just a clamp. Thanks for dropping by!

Save the pick take a picture of it attach it to an email to them explaining it broke and they will mail you a new one free
Don't worry, this one was a gift from them already so no problems there. But good to know you can do that!
