Great video! Besides HV park access, is there better access to the water? The park is packed! So many people running rampant in the water, it was very difficult to fish and to study the water when there’s dozen people in the water playing football?? Smh. Any advise will be awesome. Thank you.
Philly5thGen 4Runner thank you. Yes a lot of places are packed but if you do some exploring you will find stretches of water that are not fished often. I do a lot of exploring and it pays off
I fish the McMichaels often. Actually going tomorrow morning to the old mill if the rain isn’t to bad. A great fly fishing stream. Can you tell me the time of year and what patter you were using?
thanks Ray! rainbow was 20+ inches. switched up a lot during the course of the day. Started landing them on a size 16 stonefly, yellow and pheasant tail size 18
That’s what I was looking for. Winter on a warm day a couple was on the water using black stones. They were all over the place. Didn’t know yellow stoneflies were on that creek
