Nice explanation. Comparing ourselves to others always leads to stress, unhappiness, and a feeling of missing out. When we stop comparing and appreciate what God has given us, we can find true happiness and peace within. Contentment with what we have is the key to lasting joy.
Swamijee connects so sweetly everything with the scriptures. Feeling troubled bec of comparison with others is the main problem rather than the problem itself. Akhand Pranaam Swamijee for highlighting this unknown hidden common trait with many of us 🙏🙏🙏
All of us are born with our unique abilities and talents. But very often, we lose sight of our own gifts and become fixated on others’ success. This is the trap of comparison, which is the reason behind all our troubles. Comparison steals our joy and leads to despondency because the grass seems greener on the other side. True contentment lies not in outpacing others, but in running our own race.
Swamiji explains two important points. Problems will always be there - our attitude towards addressing the problems is what matters. Next, Comparison is the death of joy. Instead on focusing on what others have or are doing - we must focus and work on improving ourselves.
Radhey Radhey!! Every soul journey is different. We should be happy with what we have in material realm and never compare with others as it robs our inner joy🙏
Thank you so much, Swamiji, for always sharing your invaluable knowledge of devotion. Your humility and kind heart have been a great source of inspiration for us. I cannot express my gratitude enough for all the blessings you have bestowed upon me. ❤️🙏🏼

Beautifully said by Swamiji Gita chapter _12.hymn- 16 Lord says who is my dearer those who has no envy towards others is dearer to God. The devotee who is untroubled.Pranams to Swamiji
Wonderful philosophy! Comparison creates all kinds of troubles. If we can just decide that I will run my own race then we will stop comparing and we will find peace.
Thank you Swamiji. I've learned from you that to firstly expect problems is part of life. It's about how we react to them and the lessons we practically implement so that when problems come we apply the knowledge of the Bhagavad Gita and grow from within.
Very nice explanation from Bhavar Geeta verses from Swamiji about being happy in life and who is dearer to God. The one who is selfless in all undertakings and undisturbed in all circumstances. The reason for being misery in life is when we compare ourselves with others in the higher position .Contended soul is always happy
Comperison with others gives us stress.one important thing is problems will be there always we should not get troubled by them. Thank you swamiji for the motivational wisdom.
Problems will always be there! We need to make sure we are not troubled with it. Never compare yourself with others as it steals our joy! Decide to run your OWN race. Thank you, Swami ji 🙏🕉
Life is an intricate tapestry woven with both joys and challenges. Problems are an inevitable part of the human experience, but how we choose to respond to them makes all the difference. Our minds often become tangled in stress and anxiety when faced with adversity, as we may view these obstacles as insurmountable barriers. However, it is entirely possible to cultivate a mindset that is resilient and untroubled by the inevitable ups and downs of life. Swami Mukundananda Ji expertly illuminates this idea by drawing on the profound wisdom of the Bhagavad Gita. In Chapter 12, verse 16, he emphasizes the importance of developing equanimity in the face of life's trials. The essence of this teaching lies in understanding that our thoughts and perceptions shape our reality. By adopting a mindset of acceptance and detachment, we can rise above external circumstances. This does not mean ignoring problems but rather approaching them with a calm and composed heart, knowing that they are temporary and part of a larger journey. Ultimately, the ability to navigate life's challenges without succumbing to stress is within each of us. It requires practice, self-reflection, and perhaps a shift in perspective-traits that can be cultivated over time. Swami Ji's insights serve as a gentle reminder that we possess the power to shape our minds and, consequently, our experiences. By embracing the teachings of the Gita, we can learn to see problems for what they are: opportunities for growth and learning, rather than sources of distress. In this way, we set ourselves on a path toward not just surviving, but truly thriving amid life's inevitable challenges. Thanks Swami Ji. My humble pranam at your lotus feet. Radhey Radhey 🙏🙏
Radhey Radhey Swamiji 💐🙏. My Resolve today is to follow your advice as per BG chapter 12 verse 16 . I have to start making the choice for my betterment. Choose Not To Be Troubled and be free from selfishness . So much to put in practice to gain the Joy of Pure Bliss.
Very nicely explained. By comparing with others about acquisition of material opulence will give rise to stress, unhappiness and becoming envious for others. Because all these external opulence will be left out here once you leave your body. Instead we should try to put in our best efforts in the path of devotion as per the instructions of our Guru.
So true swamiji, Comparison will steal away all the joy. It makes us think about things that we don't have rather feeling grateful for things that God has bestowed. Bhagwan SRI KRISHNA reminded us that in the verse. One important takeaway is problems will always be there but we should not get troubled by them. Grateful to you swamiji ❤🙏
We should always be concerned about our own lives rather than focusing on others’ and comparing ourselves them which leads to loss of peace of mind and happiness ❤❤❤❤🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Struggles are common in this material world, we should not get disturb by them. We shouldn't get troubled by them. They are for our spiritual elevation. Never compare, we should have our own ride
Comparing with others will steal our real joy. Once we stop this and have an attitude of gratitude to God, who had given things then we will be happy and have peace in life.
The thought of Comparison with others that they are in a good condition and we are not is very detrimental and harmful to our mental health. Instead we should be contained with what we have because God is very fair and always plans the best for us.
We have been doing this since childhood by nature and also instilled upon us. Even at work they compare with others who they think , did better than us and give the ratings accordingly. But in god's account, he knows what we actually did and if we deserve anything or not. We must study or work for the pleasure of god, and not for pleasing people in this world. Ofcourse we must evaluate where we are and take necessary actions to progress. But we must also remember that this material world has neither our happiness nor our sorrow
We will always have challenges and problems in our life. God puts problems in our life to elevate our soul. Therefore, we must change our attitude and learn not be troubled by them. Also, we need to be content and not compare with others. God has blessed us with so much and we need to cultivate an attitude of gratitude.
Worries creep up when we think that some object or situation is absolutely necessary for me to be successful. But we realize later that after achieving it, we are still short of fulfillment
Hum sab apne karm ka phal bhote rehte he.jub hum apni tulna kisi unche post balo se karte he dukhi ho jate he,niche ko dekhte he to khus hote he,,hume apni tulna kisise bhi nehi karna chahiye, apna marg kud Tay kare..
Swamiji, if all people leave their parents and jobs, who will produce crops, who will defend the nation and does shrimad bhagwad gita mention what proportion of society should become full time spiritual disciples..middle class people have become cowards and greedy and they are unable to save the nature, thinking it's not their problem. Some sants says only 5k years of kalayuga has been passed and some lakhs of years remains before the start of next cycle..but it seems like end is very close like in next 100 years..
Nice explanation. Comparing ourselves to others always leads to stress, unhappiness, and a feeling of missing out. When we stop comparing and appreciate what God has given us, we can find true happiness and peace within. Contentment with what we have is the key to lasting joy.

Very true. Comparison is the thief of joy.
Comparison is at the root of our unhappiness, fueling the desires and aversions that keep us feeling unfulfilled.
Radhey Radhey, as our guruji says comparison doesn't give happiness. Once we content with what we have it gives us happiness

Comparison makes us unhappy so don't compare yourself with others....
Comparison is the main cause of relative frustration and envy
The thought of Comparison with others that they are in a good condition and we are not is very detrimental and harmful to our mental health. Instead we should be contained with what we have because God is very fair and always plans the best for us.

We do our Karma and leave the rest to God
FOMO is alive and well. 🎉🎉🎉
Comparison is the process of stealing of our happiness.
The root cause of all our problems is comparison with others and as a result we all fall prey to the ratrace.
Comparison is a big enemy of our life
Worries creep up when we think that some object or situation is absolutely necessary for me to be successful. But we realize later that after achieving it, we are still short of fulfillment
Perspective towards problems if we change in our mindset, life will be peaceful! It’s our choice! Run your race!
It is very nice to hear sermons.but implementation is quite difficult,in todays uncertainties of deep manipulation and deception.
What I have learned from this video is that
Don't compare yourself with others
Don't be shellfish
