    As a lifetime Packers fan who is 51 I've seen the great and the worst football. Most Packer fans are happy with a team that puts everything on the field and this kind of coaching we have is exactly what we've wanted when Rodgers was in his prime but we have it now and every damn player is very young. If guys are smart and give up those ridiculous salaries and be happy with championships you will definitely make more money in the long run because sticking together when you strike gold like this. I do have some hope because they really do play like there military like, next man up and doing everything you can to help the team. We'll see if ego takes over and kills this kind of team or do they turn into multiple championships

    •  วันที่ผ่านมา +3

      Ownership screwed Rodgers because they refused to pay Davante Adams and over a 20 year period never chose a Round 1 receiver. Just think what they might have down with an elite receiver or two.Additionally, I suspect that Rodgers did not handle this well, keeping his displeasure in instead of strongly confronting ownership. Then, he went mental and starting acting like an infant. Then crazy. Stupid way to end his career but it looks like everything will work out for the Packers.

    As great as Willis was, let's not forget Jordan Love's phenomenal abilities... There is no QB controversy, Love is the starter and Malik, who obviously could be a starter anywhere else in the NFL using his natural gifts, is the backup. The Titans problem with Willis was they tried to mold him into a different style of QB rather than allow him to use and to further develop the natural abilities he clearly has. Green Bay's coaches did just the opposite. They saw what he could do expertly and built the game plan around HIS abilities, not around what a coach thought he should do. This is why Matt Lafleur is one of the best coaches in the NFL and holds one of the best records as a head coach in this league. Don't forget, he once coached in Tennessee! :)

      I was thinking the same thing. However knowing GB, they don’t want him as purely a Lamar Jackson type run a lot QB…they want him to be a real QB with lethal running and you have Love as that guy. It’s as much about winning as the backup as it is reviving his career and eventually letting him free to be a starter that he can be. GB is doing him such a career service, it’s a real great story for a great guy, he’s getting the tape and the training to succeed. If I were CAR I’d have the pack on speed dial in the off-season. Jordan love is still the main man, could see it yesterday with Malik not being as tight on the throws as love is. BUT, packers should absolutely give Love a 3rd week off and let Malik start. If Malik balls out I am not sure they will take the ball away from him , if he can make himself look good Packers can trade him . If they didn't just pay Love I think it would be way different and this would be a QB battle almost going on.
    forgot , Also Steve Young and Montana , they both were top starting QB's for a year or 2 and why they basically had to trade Montana to The Chiefs ( i think)

    The Packers should create some trick plays with both quarterbacks on the field

    Packers are playing excellent defensive. That is why they won the last 2 games under Willis. Willis has done well, but the Packers continued success, under Love or Willis, depends on their defense and their new kicker not missing 40 yard field goals.

    Willis is doing his job and a great job I made add as the back up QB and to me that so what a back up supposed to be
    So…. We are blessed as a team to be able to have that😊

    The Packers haven’t had a capable back-up, let alone a good back-up for a long, long time. Good teams have real depth at QB too. 💪

    With Willis playing great, Green Bay can give Jordan Love more time to heal.

    Malik is a great backup and short term starter, but his style of play will translate to a shorter career due to wear and tear on his body so its better to keep him in reserve so he's around longer.

    No question about starting Jordan Love we will start Jordan Love and we might trade Malik or we might keep him for gadget plays but they might let Malik cook for another week

    Look, I'm a fan of Willis, and I think he's a super valuable weapon if played correctly. But let's not get ahead of ourselves - it was week 3 and both teams he beat weren't exactly special. We haven't seen the best of 10 yet this year. It's just too early to crown him and the Packers as world champions, but I'm pulling for them. Since the early '60s.

    Vikings game: Lafleur has a hard decision to make to start Love who will have some rust to shake off against a 3-0 team and Willis riding high but Love is the clear favorite to start if he is cleared to play. You can't open up the playbook with Millis like you can with Love which limits your offense and the defense must make up the difference. With Love he makes so many more points with his arm. Willis only made 1 TD with his arm in the Titans game and the rest was rushing and the defense making the difference. Willis makes a great backup for Greenbay. Willis needs more time to absorb the play book. Nothing Like learning it in action in real games.

    Its cooll he got a shot in Greenbay and he knows He prolly goin get paid good after this. How many back ups from the pack come in look good and get a good deal some where else. This isnt the first time we seen this.

    Dude, love had 32 pass TD’s and 11 picks last year. That’s not someone who puts thrnball in bad positions. Also, love runs a 4.65 40 himself and broke off big runs last year. and MLF did change the offense for Willis, u think we go u to a Jordon Love game with 16 passes called? Nah

  • @codycampbell3562
    @codycampbell3562 วันที่ผ่านมา +3

    You're absolutely wrong. J love doesnt make turnovers. He was 32 and 11 last year TD to pick ratio. Malik looks great because he's on green bay, and that's what we do. We make Quarterbacks. His success is because LaFleur is one of the best schemers in the league.

      You can’t put Malik’s success all on MLF, he had plenty of talent to start with. If he didn’t the packers would not have brought him here.
      The only thing MLF did was play to his strengths, unlike the Titans, they tried to make him play a different style, didn’t work.
      Malik should get most of the credit for his success this last two weeks, not the coaching staff.

    • @codycampbell3562
      @codycampbell3562 11 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา

      I mean if he went elsewhere and they did the same as the titans his talent is seemingly non-existent. So .. yeah you can put it ALL on Matt. He found kids strengths and weaknesses and created a plan to utilize them.
