Dante didnt usually talked about his family. If this image somehow shows that Dante is remembering what his family used to be, maybe it means this is his final battle. I feel this is a goodbye for Dante...
Holy shit I see two little legs and two little arms on top of spardas lap there must have been a third child but it must have not been a twin like Dante and Vergil I don’t think the third child is V though I was gonna say maybe it is V because maybe V got injured After the attack’s and that’s why he used a cane but with all these clear mundus connections with V I doubt it but it makes you wonder who the kid is though
Sparda has gone bye bye, and it makes sense. Virgil and Dante are emanations of Sparda. The older the boys get, the older sparda appears. Virgil is a copy of sparda (hense receiving yamato). But since he isn't sparda.. well.. Gives Dante rebellion "the power to retaliate". As Dante says in 5 "the old man was always grim."
some fan said that theres a 3rd child sitting on Sparda's lap, in DMC1 Dante once said "mundus was the one who killed my mother, my brother" to Trish, and we all know that Vergil not dead this will thrill you out, maybe mundus killed the 3rd child! and maybe thats Dante and Vergil little brother!
