@LTJones Hello ,I have purchased LG double door linear inverter Model : GL T372JES3 335 litres, it got delivered on 21st Aug , and I can observe the refrigerator sides are cold, ideally it should be warm as a part of important feature to prevent moisture condensation, and Backside of the fridge having a condensation (Sweating) is it a normal or there is some fault in my brand new refrigerator? Please note freezer section is working fine, it is able to make ICE & Fridge section is also working properly ,Water bottle are getting cold sufficiently!
Note : It's been heavily raining in MUMBAI from 2-3 days..

@@JtJones Engineer was taking time to come.. meanwhile we switched off the fridge, kept doors open for 30 min.. Restarted and boom control panel buttons back to action.. converted freezer to fridge like normal! Probly defrosting helped

My cooling panel is not working....same problem occurred in last year also. They told us that the cooling panel was not working and repaired that but the same problem is happening this year again. I bought it in June, 2019. It is highly irritating that for the cooling panel I am spending Rs.1500 every year.
