This was an interesting experiment! I'd love to see one where the English pyramid gets 0 points for a win, 1 point for a draw, and 3 points for a loss.
The worst teams would rise to the top, get Prem/European money, get better and then start getting less points.
Cups, Europe, and Internationals would stay the same as they are in real life.

Fulham did very well, 3 Europa League's, 2 Champions league finals and 1 conference league Final. (This was nice to see as a Fulham fan)
Tom what if you made it so top 5 euro league teams had to play with south american nation rules (for example, all english clubs get put into brasil , having to play with brazil's selection rules and calendar, spain into argentina's calendar, italy into chile ect) and the other way around (brazil teams into the prem, argentinian in la liga)

Just got promoted into the Efl through playoffs
The strangest thing about this is how consistently low the goal difference is. Would expect the prem teams that stay top 8 to all have massive GD vs the yoyo teams. Also saw some league winners with only +20 GD which seems really odd

Can you change the qualification spots for Europe? What if all second leagues of a nation (so Championship, Ligue 2, Serie B, Bundesliga 2, ...) get all the qualification spots for Europe?

Idea:in the first szn only 1 team gets relegated but 1 more team gets relegated every season until every team goes down except for 1st place and then they would win
love to see this as just the top and bottom 10 change, leave a few open spots for maintaining league

Fairly new subscriber here. Love the content. I’d like to see a completely random football league. All 92 sides get randomised into their league. Probably a lot of work but interesting to see how quick sides drop and the cream rises to the top.

I love to see you make a video about what if you replaced the bottom eight English championship sides with the top 8 USL championship sides from last season. Could be quite interesting.

I think it would be more interesting with an 8 up, 8 stay, 8 down model so that teams could get a foothold and have the chance to spring up without having a massive dwarf in class all in 1 go
You should do a save with reversed prize money in the top 5 leagues and europe too. (Like 1st in england get the least amount of money)

Do a rebuild of Newport County from their European stints in the 80’s. Every video nowadays they go from L2 to the 7th tier and would be good to see them succeed

You should try a reverse table.
20th win the title
20-17th all get Champions League
16-15th Europa
and 14th Conference.
Those in 1st, 2nd and 3rd all get relegated.
Interesting one for you. The most successful team in the European competitions each season get relegated to the national league (or equivalent). Should spring some interesting results me thinks

Also Gillingham is one of my favorite teams, it's great to see them in the Championship, then the National League, then the National League again, to League One, to League Two. Never a premier league though ;-;

Maybe you can create an experiment like the Super League, but with promotion and relegation, like Super League A, Super League B and so on...
I think if you had a prom/rel play-off between the leagues it might have looked very different

I have a idea give a random no legue team man citys team and see how long it takes them to get promoted or if the players leave before they get to a champions league
Lets expriment this
Win - 3 points
Draw - 1 point AND add 0.1 to k unless k is 2.
k is 0.5 when each season starts.
k has a minimum limit of 0.5 and maximum limit of 2.0
Lose - all your points that you have currently collected gets k times itself. Also, if k isnt 0.5, reduce 0.1 from k.
Additionally, to get more draws, there is no overtime.

The top prem clubs probably poached all the good players that got relegated hence getting stronger and stronger every season. That sweet first division money must be well shared across the country by now.

West Ham after being relegated to championship and promoted to Premier league every year: I`m movin up and down, side to side like rollercoaster
York promoted to league 1, all we have to do is wait until 2062 and hope someone in the FA has an aneurysm and implements these rules. The dream is alive…
Hi Tom. I have an idea.
You can build a league with the all champions team from UEFA Coefficient ranking 1 to 20. You also can do vice versa by using last place team to see who's team the worst 😂.

What if you moved the MLS, the entire league, to England and placed it right in between the Championship and League One? MLS teams could be promoted to the Championship or relegated to Leauge One and I’d be very curious to see where they ended up after 50 years!

You should turn the money around. So national league teams are earning premier league money and vise versa but for all the divisions.

SUGGESTION #1: Is there a way to change the game where the team get the amount of points per how many goals they get in a match? e.g. Arsenal 5 - 3 Spurs... Arsenal get the 5 points (obviously) but Spurs would still get 3 points although they lost?
SUGGESTION #2: Start all teams in all the divisions in alphabetical order or TOTALLY randomise all teams in all the leagues and see where they end up over 50/100 years?
SUGGESTION #3: Incorporate a Draft system like the USA do in NFL where the best players are picked from a list?
