2 Ya tirupati ek in pahle pahuch kar SSD token ke liye bhi try kr sakte ho, reached 1 day in the evening and line me lag jao, agar token mil gya to next days darshan ho jayega. Check the video in my channel for the same.

अभी मैं गया था १४-१६ दिसंबर में । निःशुल्क दर्शन सुविधा है । मुझे १० घंटे लगे। कोई बुकिंग नहीं थी। तिरूपति से ११० रुपए में उपर तिरूमला जाना पड़ेगा। वहाँ जाकर लाइन में लगकर पहले लॉकर या रूम ले लो । बिलकुल फ्री है ।मैंने लॉकर लिया था। सामान रखा । वहीं नहाने धोने की व्यवस्था है। हम लोग शाम ७ बजे फ्री दर्शन की लाइन में लग गये। सुबह ४ः३५ को बहुत ही अच्छा से दर्शन किए । लाइन के दौरान ही हमें खाना पीना दूध वगैरह सब दिया गया ट्रस्ट की ओर से निःशुल्क ।

@Dvr_24 yes, waha per rahne khane se lekar sari facility milti hai Dec se Jan crowd cum rahta hai isliye otherwise time jyada lagta hai even line me bhi tim to time khane ko milta rahta hai, rahne ke liye if room not available then fir bhi bahut jagah hai jaha stay kar sakte hai

Sir if your budget allow take flight for Hyderabad and then by bus from hyd to Srisailam.
2. By train Hyderabad Kanchiguda or Secunderabad railway station and from there take bus for Srisailam.
