(Gfred PS5) Snow Weather World Record -

This is my official attempt at the PS5 Gfred snow weather world record. There is still lots of time to be made and I am confident that I can manage to get a sub 17 minute time.
Rules:
Must exclusively cycle, then swim, then run to the freeway
Traffic spawned cars only (no bikes/quads/planes, etc)
Infernus & 9F are banned (for snow)
