Session 4 of my UVB Phototherapy. In this video I talk about a few things that have been affecting my mental health regarding my Psoriasis, i'm pretty sure most of you have had similar issues like this. Hopefully by me talking about it I can help ease your silent sadness.
Mental health is really important and we need to help keep uplifting each other in difficult times, I know that sounds easy to say but it's really helpful for those who are struggling with everyday life.
