Spot on. Libra rising here, I’ve learned in my 20’s to be very careful who I spend a lot of time around because I will assimilate to a fault. I have sacrificed my morals and values to fit in places and now I know that I don’t really want to fit in with everyone. Also, I’m so indecisive. I see every side to things. It makes me feel a bit lost, confused and unsure of myself. It takes me forever and a million chances to cut someone out of my life because I just want things to work so bad but when someone cuts me out I’m like “yeah that makes sense, wish them the best” but it doesn’t mean my heart isn’t broken. It just means I see where they are coming from. Also, flirting is just my personality. Sometimes I resent it and sometimes I love it. I actually practice not being so flirtatious and interested in people because I’m sick of giving people the wrong impression. Deep down inside I love people and nothing makes me happier than connecting with others and making them smile. I had a really good cry after listening to this. I’m 3/4 through my Saturn Return, and I’m a Libra rising, Taurus Moon & Sun, so I’m basically bottled Venus in a human suit. When my teenage years started I went through a lot of family and life problems and even though I was very closed off and angry and just distanced myself from people and never seeked relationships as a libra rising I still managed to attract 4 girls without even trying or initiating any conversation just as I am pretty handsome and have a symmetrical face true that and idk I don't think it was just looks girls just naturally came to me but because I was dealing with huge problems these 4 were the ones who made first moves. The others stayed at a distance since I never gave the vibe of good friendly and open at that time. I think the reason was that I was libra rising that I managed to get a lot of girls in with a state of actions that were very distant and non approachable

I’m a Sagittarius sun(DEC 4) but I’ve always felt like I have Libra traits. I always try to see all sides of a situation & I try to be as fair as possible. I love this video! Libra ♎️ rising in 25 degrees. I was watching the Anna Nicole smith documentary and I was so emotional becuz I noticed that she had a very similar life challenges so I decided to google her birth chart and boom she had the same rising sign Britney Spears also. I have struggled with addiction all my life just like these women and it’s very very uncanny that the have both had tremendous high and lows just like me. Wow! That’s pretty friggen accurate! Try this mixture- sun in Virgo, full moon in Pisces and Libra rising. After listening to your video- I realized how much the Libra in me comes out when restoring work relationships, getting people collaborating and dealing with conflict. So with full moon in Pisces I feel extremely deep and have flows of creativity- then in Virgo- I put all the feels and drive for harmony into small actionable steps that serve others as well as myself…. I just found out about rising sign at all and I'm 48. I searched frustration irritation Libra rising cause I'm so frustrated I am constantly frustrated lately. Of all the things I have experienced just about the top ten injustices like extreme experiences I'm still dealing with legal injustice that is so so corrupt despicable and I watch jail court n its so not ok if u can't pay a lawyer to make sure the laws are actually followed at a base level your screwed. Jails stuffed with human beings I PASS BY A BUILDING TOWN JAIL I KNOW WHATS IN THERE its killing me traumatized mentally ill uncared for I can't do anything unless I have money lots n lots n I'm gonna I don't care or know how but it won't be harmful to any but I'm going to train and hire an army of court watchers to attend and ensure justice is served equally. I almost died when I cast my chart and realized I'm a Libra rising and ya umm. You are amazing I haven't heard a better description of how I feel inside deeply. I am constantly mediating I hear both respect both and choose how to proceed based on a very balanced ideal. Im not balanced n its a constant attempt to find ways to feel it. I don't agree with this. While Scorpio risings have an intense vibe, a lot of them seem quite vulnerable. A lot of them have been oversexualised and maybe even sexually harrassed and/or abused. I wouldn't think of myself as intimidating (pluto in scorpio conjunct asc in scorpio) but I do get people who are obsessed with me. A lot of people might be suspicious of us and think we have alterior motives.
There's a lot of issues that arise in regards to codependency, disloyal abusive partners or family members or both. And that's what creates the scorpio archetype. The intelligent ones will choose to evolve and forgive. While the stupid ones will stay stuck in the muck of their own misery.
