Very right the earth is not only for human being all the animals too hav right to live on it what about cruelty to animals why government is not making any law for that.Some locality people don't even allow dogs to rare if dogs bark they even attack at those poor animals plants animals and humans are the creation of God we should never harm any living things.I feel so sad when I see dog's paw is chopped or their tail animals are harmless yaar.

This minister is a good person but I just want to say that nobody can blame this pup who was in the house not on the loose.We have no safety at all in Goa .What breed we keep or not it's our choice.I have had plenty of dogs and the number was more then 40 dogs at one time.Aggressive dogs and superb pets ,one feels very happy ,safe and peaceful. The said NGO where the pup was kept wasn't at all bothered with the well being of the pup ,sleek and slimey creature,evading all questions asked by the reporters about his death ,smacks of malpratice.Well timed too ,3 days after the lil one was brought there. How can one blame the dog when he was guarding his owners property? Innocent life snuffed out too soon.I feel that if anyone wants safety ,only a dog can protect them ,no security guards.
No, pit bulls are a mentally unstable breed. They're known for ignoring their training and even attacking their owners. It's why they're banned in certain Western areas.
Breeding needs to be banned to give a chance for our street animals to get adopted. The ban may be lifted when there's an appreciable decline in their numbers. Meanwhile, where does one register their breed pets?
Why this minister Mr nilkhant using kia carnival it is so expensive than maruti suzuki. And this is our money and why this minister is having Doberman dog with him , he should first adopt street dog . Having breed dog is each person choice , like any other vehicles
