Hey there, you need to know the spring rate of your suspension system (that is, spring and damper combined). You need to check the amount of force required for unit displacement of the suspension system (N/mm). This will be the spring rate of suspension system. Mulitply this with 4 (assumed factor), put that value in the formula of frequency and check the frequency you get. It should lie between 1-1.22 Hz.
