But can we prevent disability in people with PPMS? It's easy to prevent inflammation and relapses in RRMS, but can we halt it completely and repair CNS damage that has already been done?
That would be a true cure for MS.

ppms is the real smoldering version of ms and we can not stop rrms from becoming prôgressive spms. So not
close to stopping ms disability....:(
