Great work, as always! Reading the description makes me realize how deep you research your projects before making a video about them! Even though I'll never try to weave baskets myself, I find it very nice of you to leave tips for those who will! Thanks for the content! (Also when i saw WillowTM at the beginning i thought you really had a sponsor and was so happy for you, but then it dawned on me haha) Keep up, it's amazing!
Thanks! I have made baskets from blackberry brambles, but only small ones so far. Have you made bigger ones, did they hold up well? I also tried hops for the weavers, which works in a pinch, but it contains a lot of water and thus shrinks a lot when drying.
@@MakeItPrimitive For bigger ones, i use tree branches to make the basket structure stronger. In my country we usually make willow or reed baskets,i only make with blackberry vines or pine roots for fun. By the way,i am Portuguese and here there's a lot of willows and reed to practice. Greetings and continued good work!!!!!!!!!!
Have you tried turning on the subtitles? I know they are easy to overlook, which is why I have since moved to baking the explanation texts right into the video. Also have a look at the video description, there are some tips there as well.
@@MakeItPrimitive yes i did, the problem was that you did not explain the details instructions on "how to do" the project. It has nothing to do with subtitles. Your video itself lacks of content of instruction. Bottom line: not very helpful on your part.
@@musicful7036 cut him some slack. If you really wanted to make this, do the research. Sure his video doesn’t include good instructions, but why were you expecting any?
Thank you for this video! I'm learning to make baskets so my cockatoo can take them apart (and hopefully stop chewing on our deck).
Great work, thank you for sharing your knowledge
Oh that looks good. Thank you for sharing your advice and insight!

Thanks! I don't think a real sponsorship is going to happen any time soon, so I thought I might as well have some fun with the concept ;-)
I saw you were at 999 subs. I had to make it an even 1,000!!
Thanks & welcome! :-)
Great job for a beginner!!!!!!!
Try make one from the blackberry vines!!!!

You did not explain anything, not very helpful at all.
