thanks for posting this. I am looking at buying a couple and this will be super helpful. How high would you say it goes on the "D' setting?

You're welcome! D gets you closer to 10ft. A is 6ft & B is 8ft. They are super cool

No, but if you are having heating problems It might be due to a poorly functioning heat sensor, problems with the relay switch, weak platen connections, or insufficient power.
