Entire Itanagar and Naharlagun city developed with out considering environmental impact assessment on nature and vice-versa dispite of knowing it can be disastrous in future with just ambition to settle in city and to have pose life style. Now result is in front.

Rapid and Unplanned urbanization in Itanagar capital region, reckless mountain cutting and deforestation in mountains are the reason for this Chaos. People blame the climate. It may not be a cloudburst, just normal rain also leads to floods and landslides.
