It’s Britta Phillips… she wrote this song and recorded this demo and France Joli ended up recording it for Modern Girls and Thrashin’. Glad to see Britta released this.
@itchydiscoman Yes it is. Why do you think it isn't? The song was used in both "Thrashin' " and "Modern Girls". Even the IMDb soundtrack listing for the films show she did the song, as well as the movie credits themselves.
@itchydiscoman Well, comparing the two, they are pretty damn close, though now that I listen between them, I do here differences in tone. But, at the same time, this could be the actual studio version instead of the movie edition, that was a different take on the song.

This version is not the one in Thrashin ! I believe Thrashin has a different singer ( France Joli) and a more "rock" remix.
