IP40: Protected from tools and small wires greater than 1 millimeter. Not protected from liquids. Basically this is just for show. And they want €45,00. Use your 3D printer to create one...

It's a DIN rail enclosure. Usually they don't have weather proofing for items on a DIN rail.
