      Dear Friend,
I love all these teachings of Longchenpa. And the background music you chose. Always before bed. After chores. And then try to apply the teachings in the next new day. But often ive forgotten and have a re-listen. A listen again and again. They feel miraculous to me.

Thankyou for sharing this with those who need this most, it's an extremely lonely time for one alone. It's a time you realise really what was important an all that waste of time gratifying the senses. I so hope an pray the lord puts me in a life where I can finally find him. Thankyou again an Godbless you.🙏

We are all transitioning towards "death" or change at every moment regardless of what we think. The body and brain and life is just an illusion. Row gently! ❤️

Thanks for this. I often thought this should be taught in hospitals and hospices.

Thankyou Samaneri Jayasara. I am greatful for the peace that is unveiled when body /mind is allowed to arise and fall. Post humanism has come up for me recently. And the path of advaita Vedanta, Zen, Buddhism oneness transcends everything. 🙏🌹

If dying is just the return of borrowed elements, then why do we condemn suicide?
If I commit suicide an bring my emotional body in spaciousness, my soul will be fragmented, if I lived to be 85 and have a suicidal type of life with the same emotional body to carry on, I’m still fragmented. Life in the container body is a great place for catalyst ( leap forward) for the soul and realize the nature of the dualistic mind that veil the soul. In the end, what I’m saying we don’t belong here, our home is in the spaciousness, this Life is just a vacation, a celebration , a manifestation of light body in material form. Life is a bliss in any form, I wish you all to leap forward in this incarnation and not to have a meaningless life which is a form of suicide for the soul, as everything as to move forward. Love and Wisdom 🙏❤️

I am chagrined to say, ive rarely found bliss. Maybe a whiff of it... but in another teaching from this forum, a Master said we dont realize how rare it is to have a human incarnation. And rarer still to have the awareness to apply the Dharma while we are in it. So, found that insight valuable. Then, adding, how very rare it is to have a life at thjs particular time of transition and evolution in our opportunitiy for growth and development. If one sees this, Responsibility is added.

Indeed Is there ever a moment 😮in This Dreamlike “existence” when We as Souls are NOT confined within the properties of One or more“BARDOS”?
Is a Bardoless experience non-different from nirvikalpa samadhi ??

Thing is, dying is happening right now, every moment in the mind and body...The cells, 4 elements, perceptions, feelings, and thoughts are constantly dissolving and reforming in the material and immaterial forms. Birth and death is the constant cycle of this samsaric waking bardo state. If we can practice and master Awareness of this process and abide in the imperturbable recognition of Rigpa, we can find an easeful transition when the final dissolution of the physical form presents.

You are already dead. The moment one is berthed into this lower realm it begins to grow and simultaneously begins to die.
