How can you not feel positive about our direction forward? I am prepared to not measure this as a success based on a single season, but as a developing journey. But I will definitely take a winning season and a Playoff this year.
I became glad once they hired a coach who wants to run the ball imo it's the most important part of the game .if you can run it at will you'll always be in the hunt .there has been no attempt to run for years . Over twenty years of weak o line play .might have been fixed if you let them be aggressive .we haven't had a lineman that we've asked to run over someone in years . So yes I'm very excited about this year

Yes he most definitely could have, and should have improved the offensive coaching and D coordinator, but if your memory wasn't so short you would know there wasn't much choice there. What this franchise gave Flores in comparison to what was built by Flores and reinforced by just a heep load of help and decision making should really be mentioned by someone.... I mean a reall HC who was talented enough to actually able and athletically inclined enough to not only play, but succeed in the sport throughout his years. Then to do the same as a coach in every aspect and level, and to be able to understand what it takes to know how to be successful and what it takes to win.... These aren't things that you can just sit, watch, and learn. These aren't things that being nice, showing emotion for players who underperform, or being a comedian can ever equal. The so-called best coaches in the history of the NFL have come from the exact same mold as Flores and these guys will be praised forever, but not one of any HOF coach you can name has come and done what Flores has before or after he became a HC and that's fact. The guy totally broke the mold and set standards that no new HC will likely match.....js

The way this man's mind works. When doing the 2-minute drill question session, first thing he does is ask how many timeouts he has. It's for fun, but goes to show how calm he is and how he takes everything into account in all situations. We lucky to have this dude as Coach.
Coach is a great human being. I can appreciate where his heart starts and just continues throughout. His coaching staff and players can feel that. GENUINE. McD talking about inspirational documentaries, this is one for me.
I think one of the most enlightening quotes was when he talked about how he has to trust his staff. Obviously you want your HC to have confidence and a direction, but I love that he incorporates trust and humility. Man, I hope this works.
As Dolphin fans we've seen a fair share of coaches come and go and the expectations for all of them to succeed was high. But frankly speaking Coach Daniel's personality is so one of a kind for this team and football in general. Now I have an excited curiosity as to how his approach translates to the field and can it be productive. But one thing I know about real life anytime I've had a boss or manager take the time to tell me I'm doing a fine job or thanking me for something I did, I really wanted to work harder for that guy. McVey went to the super bowl in his first it second season, I believe. Young coaches have been having success, early. Zach Taylor went to the sb year 2.

26 minute mark, Handling adversity as it arrive. The high frequency of Dolphin animal magic/symbolism does help the team but the key is the comman mentality of the tag line. Mine tag line for my company is " Your change through Source" the line I have will get the entire organization into their Dolphin self.
