OKay, now you've done it and started on Lakeside's fantastic voyage. Next you should check out their funky "Something About that Woman," "Raid," "Outrageous," and their soulful, slowed down remake of the Beatles' "I Want to Hold Your Hand."
You two are so adorable together but you have to get a hold of some Con Funk Shun, that was the group. You scratch the surface with "Loves Train", then listen to "Straight from the Heart", "Chase Me", "All Up To You" , "Got To Be Enough" you are doing yourself a disservice if you don't get with the groove. Especially if you like true R&B and Funk.

Absolutely! I was checking to see if anyone would mention Prince's epic medley. I think I remember reading somewhere it was his third encore after a 3 hr concert. Truly a must-see. Longer than the usual videos people react to, but worth every single second.

I was pretty young in the ‘70s but I remember the fashion. A hat like that wasn’t common place but you wouldn’t have gotten starred at for wearing it either. Definitely a fun decade for fashion.
