Hope for the best, plan for the worst. Both India and the US should try to expand their relationship hoping that both nations will benefit. But just in case, be able to walk away from the relationship if the need should arise.

Of all the interviews I can think of John Bolton, I think he was most comfortable, forthcoming and direct in this one. That speaks volumes of the skill you exhibit Palki. Master interviewers have the ability to make the guest comfortable and ask them tough but fair questions (without them feeling attacked or in that ballpark) while navigating an array of topics quickly. Also, you call them out on their lies when they try to weasel their way out of it. (like Minendra Rijal one).
You are deft in using sarcasm which is a joy, sharp wit, and are precise while asking tough, pertinent and probing questions to an array of people with poise and elegance. Also, you and by extension WION is one of the most balanced news organizations that I know of. As Harvey from Suits would say, 'Tough but fair'. As it should be.
A testament to your confidence is just oozing from the posture you have while interviewing him. I was so happy and proud to watch that. It's like finally we Indians rising from meek posture, to not be bullied down by anyone, no inferiority complex and can carry ourselves with panache.
I'm so glad and eagerly await every day to watch almost all the clips WION uploads here. What amazes me is in this sad era of sensationalism and outlandish claims, WION, and especially you deliver it just right. The unvarnished news, fact-based and precise. It's totally worth the money. Keep up the good work.
