Grandbaby Lovin' is some of THE BEST LOVING AINT IT!!! I'd love to see a Tutorial on your Little Golden Books! I SOOO WISH I could come to the Retreat! The last time I was up in that area was a few years ago; When my Husband & I rented a BEAUTIFUL Cabin for a week to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary! (Which is actually coming up on September 27th!) We will have been together for twenty-five years! (25-years!) Unfortunately, There won't be ANY type of "Celebrating" this year... Kinda like the past 3-years. (A LOT is going on, but I won't bore anyone with any of that... But TBH, It's HARD; Especially now that I'm having Health Issues & am waiting to be scheduled for Spine surgery. When it rains; It pours right?) But anyways... Crafting & Writing is truly Therapeutic for me! I honestly don't know where I'd be without Creating & Writing/Journaling! These are amazing! I've ALWAYS been EXTREMELY indecisive, & it's only gotten worse with age! LOL! I love watching your Videos; My Favorite is The Tutorials! I'm truly Blessed to be a part of the Amazingly Talented Group & am Grateful for each & every one of you!

Without watching this video (yes, I am so late in a response…), I am sure it was fabri tac as that is what I use almost exclusively.
Something sounds shady with the complainer. First the address, then the complaint that sounds unreasonable. Don’t let them get to you. Customer service is important, but some people are just scam artists.
