for disneyland definitely that beef birria toasted cheese! it was AMAZING. also particularly loved the horchata cold brew + loaded funnel cake (esp for only $10 it was hugeeee)!
for the lunar new year food at dca I loved the garlic noodles the best LOL

We tried Tacos El Cholo after watching...soooo good! Short rib, chicken, and the mushrooms were our favorite.. delicious burrito too!
