"Shadow Man's brought some stray birds to the dark nest. And found another night child with a roughness to his hide"
The Changeling Rogue brought the rest of the party to the entrance of a Thieves Guild, and another one of the party members is a Dragonborn Rogue

“You know the spades are the swords of the solders
    and
the clubs are weapons of war.
Y’know that that diamonds are the money for this art
But that is not the shape of my heart.
Hold on does that mean that Sting in his song (“shape of my heart) was saying he was setting up a “job” :)
Will have to check out this guide to see.
    Thanks guys.

oh my goodness, i love this so much! i’m gonna use the different types of thieves cant as alternative languages for players to pick up, too, since my setting doesn’t have a lot of the standard fantasy races. thanks, guys!

I use tattoos as thieves cant, have normal conversation, but point to the tattoos to the other person.

The best way to develop a thieves cant is to simply write down all the common actions that thieves in your world do as they relate to criminal or secretive activities. There is no reason to speak in Thieve’s Cant for anything else. Make a list of these action verbs. Also include descriptors of time and space, thieve’s tools, thieve’s specialties, thieve targets, valuable items worth stealing. Names for the law and punishment, nicknames for law enforcement personnel, safe and dangerous places. (Add addition terms as necessary). Now make up an appropriate euphemism for these words that is appropriate for your thieves and that portion of your world. This should be a pretty short list that can be memorized (and, to avoid confusion, you should agree on grammar, just like the actual Thieve’s Cant did, though this is not always necessary). There you have it, a simple local Thieve’s Cant. In conversion, just speak in TC when necessary substituting the euphemisms and in other appropriate tongues when not necessary. You can do this within the same conversation. I find this works much better and is much more believable than trying to use an inappropriate off the shelf Thieve’s Cant that requires both the Thieves and the DM to translate. Another simpler alternative is to pass pieces of paper with the translation. Then you simply speak a nonsensical sentence and pass the paper with the translation. The other thief that you are speaking to does the same. The disadvantage is that it takes time and it precludes the possibility that other PCs or NPCs could possibly learn the meaning of the euphemisms and therefore eavesdrop and understand some of your conversation.

Hi guys! Great video, I love your style as presenters, this was a lot of fun to watch and I'm glad you liked my stuff that was included in the document by the compiler. I'd really appreciate it if you could add an acknowledgement toward my work in the description or something like that. :) Keep up the great work, I look forward to seeing more of your videos in the future!

Uh oh here comes the trouble. Long time no see friend. A few months maybe? Anyway I'm fine. I just lived with my family for a while. My aunt isn't really well though. She's not gravelly ill or anything. We just have to wait and see I guess. Tho it's nice to see her being close with all six of her grandchildren. Anyway we're planning to go to the tavern on the south of the town to play some card later at 11 pm. Do you want to come?

Hey there Brew Crew! Will you do a top ten magic item list per class? It would be super helpful as a DM.

Sounds like a fun idea! It’d have to be a series though. We’ll start looking!

I always believed Thieves' Cant was so much more than just... Common Sign Language than any hard-of-hearing PC can speak.

Essentially you can just speak cockney or any rhyming slang English
