Ryzen 7600 + RTX3060Ti Counter Strike 2 gameplay - competitive and high settings

Horrible experience at warmupserver. Stuttery and input laggy mess !!! The movement is like on an ice, totally behind key inputs, and aim stutters so hard that i cant even microaim. Only either camp and hope opponent run into crosshair or flick and hope it doesnt overshoot or undershoot in frames spike lag. Shadowplay recording adding another 1 more frame input lag gives the "experience" a final blow.

Unlimited fps, competitive + high settings. Both sucked hard, gonna to upgrade to 7800X3D + 4070 super at least.
